Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
"ICF" and the ICF core competencies framework are the property of the International Coaching Federation. CoachPartner is an independent tool, neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the ICF.
Personal data
CoachPartner only collects the data required to operate the service: your email address and account data (managed via Supabase), and payment information processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe — your card details never pass through our servers.
Audio files are deleted immediately after transcription. Transcripts, analysis reports and progress data are stored encrypted for as long as your account is active, and can be deleted at any time from your workspace (session by session) or upon request (entire account). Details of the processing, subprocessors (Deepgram for transcription, Anthropic for analysis, Supabase and Vercel for hosting) and retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We recommend anonymising your clients' data before submission.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@coachpartner.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for targeting purposes. Only trackers strictly necessary for the service to function (keeping you signed in) are used. Audience and performance measurement is performed with Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, cookieless solutions that do not collect any personally identifiable data.
Limitation of liability
CoachPartner is an AI-assisted evaluation tool. Generated reports are provided for guidance only and do not replace assessment by an ICF-certified mentor or assessor. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the analyses produced by the service.
Despite the care taken in providing the service, the publisher does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions and cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this website.
Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
