CoachPartner only collects the data required to operate the service: your email address and account data (managed via Supabase), and payment information processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe — your card details never pass through our servers.
Transcripts and audio files submitted for analysis are not stored: they are processed in real time by our technical subprocessors (Anthropic for analysis, Deepgram for audio transcription) and then deleted. We recommend anonymising your clients' data before submission.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@coachpartner.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr).
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for targeting purposes. Only trackers strictly necessary for the service to function (keeping you signed in) are used. Audience measurement is performed with Vercel Analytics, a cookieless solution that does not collect any personally identifiable data.
CoachPartner is an AI-assisted evaluation tool. Generated reports are provided for guidance only and do not replace assessment by an ICF-certified mentor or assessor. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the analyses produced by the service.
Despite the care taken in providing the service, the publisher does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions and cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this website.
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
