CoachPartner analyses your coaching sessions using artificial intelligence. You submit either a text transcript of your session or an audio file. CoachPartner transcribes the audio if needed, connects the observable behaviours in the session to the 8 ICF core competencies and to the excerpts that ground them, then produces a report with concrete development suggestions.

Both options are available. If you already have a written transcript of your session, you can paste it directly into the provided field. If you have an audio file (MP3, M4A, MP4, WAV, FLAC, OGG, WEBM), CoachPartner transcribes it automatically before performing the analysis.

CoachPartner accepts the most common formats: MP3, M4A, MP4, WAV, FLAC, OGG, WEBM. Audio files up to 150 MB — about one hour with standard settings, and longer at lower quality. Beyond that, paste your session transcript instead (up to 200,000 characters).

Generally a few minutes. Audio transcription adds a few seconds depending on the recording length. You receive a report with a summary, observed strengths and development areas. Every observation points back to the ICF competencies and to the excerpts that ground it.

CoachPartner supports both French and English. Simply select your session language before launching the analysis.

No. CoachPartner is a complementary development tool, not a substitute for human supervision. It gives you immediate, structured feedback on your practice — ideal for self-reflection between supervision sessions. The perspective of an experienced supervisor remains essential.

The analysis relies on a general-purpose language model, guided by a structured observation framework based on the ICF competencies and their observable behaviours. Under the professional API used by CoachPartner, submitted content is not used to train the models. The feedback can nevertheless be wrong: use it as a starting point for reflection, never as a definitive verdict.

Audio files are never kept: they are deleted immediately after transcription. Transcripts and analysis reports, however, are stored encrypted in your workspace so you can review them, track your progress and compare sessions over time. You can delete a session and all its derived data at any time from your history.

Yes, we strongly recommend it: remove or replace names and any information that could identify your client with pseudonyms (e.g. 'the coachee', 'Client A'). You remain responsible for your clients' data — the framework is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and you commit to obtaining their consent before any upload.

CoachPartner relies on Deepgram for audio transcription and Anthropic (Claude) for the analysis, under data processing agreements; your data is never used to train any AI model. Hosting and storage run in the European Union region (Vercel, Supabase). The details — subprocessors, transfers, retention periods — are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Each analysis costs €10 including tax when bought singly. Packs of 5 analyses (€45, i.e. €9 per analysis, −10%) and 10 analyses (€80, i.e. €8 per analysis, −20%) are offered at a discount.
