CoachPartner analyses your coaching sessions using artificial intelligence. You submit either a text transcript of your session or an audio file. Our AI transcribes the audio (if needed) then evaluates your practice across the 8 ICF core competencies and generates a detailed report with concrete development suggestions.

Both options are available. If you already have a written transcript of your session, you can paste it directly into the provided field. If you have an audio file (MP3, M4A, WAV, etc.), CoachPartner transcribes it automatically before performing the analysis.

CoachPartner accepts the most common formats: MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC, OGG and WEBM. The maximum duration is 120 minutes and the file size must not exceed 30 MB.

Generally under 2 minutes. Audio transcription adds a few seconds depending on the recording length. You receive a complete report with summary, radar chart, strengths and development areas for each of the 8 ICF competencies.

CoachPartner supports both French and English. Simply select your session language before launching the analysis.

No. CoachPartner is a complementary development tool, not a substitute for human supervision. It gives you immediate, structured feedback on your practice — ideal for self-reflection between supervision sessions. The perspective of an experienced supervisor remains essential.

The analysis is based on advanced language models trained on ICF framework criteria. It provides consistent, structured and actionable feedback. We recommend using it as a starting point for your reflection, not as a definitive verdict.

No. Your transcripts and audio files are never stored on our servers. The analysis is performed in real time: the content is sent to our AI, the report is generated, then the source data is immediately deleted.

Yes, we strongly recommend it. Even though your data is not stored, it is good practice — and often an ethical obligation — to remove or replace names and any information that could identify your client. Use pseudonyms (e.g. 'the coachee', 'Client A').

CoachPartner uses Anthropic Claude for text analysis and Deepgram for audio transcription. These services are subject to their own privacy policies. All calls are made securely (HTTPS) and no data is retained beyond the processing of your request.

The first analysis is free, with no credit card required. From the second analysis onwards, each one costs €5 including tax. There is no subscription: you pay only for what you use. See all pricing →
